Our Grower Relations Manager, Adrienne Uboldi, has deep roots in wine country. Her family has been living in Kenwood for four generations, and she grew up working on her family’s farm, which included livestock and a small Merlot vineyard. With a degree in plant science, and viticultural and grower relation experience at Jackson Family Wines and the Duckhorn Portfolio, Adrienne brings a wealth of expertise to MacRostie’s grower relations program.
As a winery that works with many of California’s greatest Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vineyards, Adrienne’s role is pivotal. When asked what treasures she’s found recently, Adrienne mentions the acclaimed Gap’s Crown Vineyard, which will make its MacRostie debut in future wines.
From finding exciting new vineyards to work with to collaborating with our long-time grower partners to continually refining how MacRostie’s grapes are cultivated, Adrienne ensures that our wines are made from some of the state’s greatest grapes. To achieve this, Adrienne is in her car, and the vineyards, constantly (she drives about 30,000 miles a year for work).
