Perfectly pairs with MacRostie Rosé of Pinot Noir
Serves: 4-6
Ingredients

- 2 Naan flatbreads
- 4 oz prosciutto
- (omit for vegetarian option)
- 4 oz fresh goat cheese (crumbled)
- Pistachios (chopped)
- Local honey
- Basil or arugula
- 4 cloves of garlic, peeled & smashed
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Prep your garlic oil, which will serve as
 the sauce for your Naan. To do so, combine
 4 garlic cloves and olive oil in a saucepan over
 low heat. Heat for about 5 minutes, or until the oil
 has just started to warm up. Remove from heat
 and set aside to cool.
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Assemble your Naan starting with your
 garlic oil, prosciutto (if desired), goat cheese,
 and chopped pistachios.
- Transfer to the oven to cook for 8-10 minutes,
 or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and top with drizzled honey
 and basil or arugula. You can also crumble on more
 cheese if you’d like.
