SMS Terms and Conditions

1. Program Description

●  MacRostie Winery may use text (SMS) messaging as an additional method to communicate with customers for the following purposes:

► Communicate customer service information concerning transactions (such as order confirmation and delivery status), unless the customer has opted out of receiving such messages;

► Communicate promotional messages (such as exclusive offers, product information, and upcoming events).  Promotional messages may only be sent to customers who have opted in to receiving promotional messages.

2. Frequency

●  Message frequency varies.  Customers may receive up to 1 – 10 promotional messages per month.  Messages concerning transactions will vary depending on the number of transactions.

3. Opt-out

●  Customers may choose to opt out of all SMS messages or only promotional messages at any time.

► To opt out of all SMS messages, simply reply to any SMS message with STOP. After you reply with STOP, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. 

► To opt out of promotional messages only, simply reply to any SMS message with INFO. After you reply with INFO, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed from promotional messages only. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us concerning promotions, but you will continue to receive SMS messages from us concerning transactions. If you want to receive promotion messages again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.   

4. Help

5. Interruption

● MacRostie Winery and Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Even within a coverage area, factors beyond the control of the wireless operator may interfere with message delivery, including your equipment, terrain, proximity to buildings, foliage, and weather. Wireless operators do not guarantee message delivery and will not be held liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS message as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

6. Cost

● All costs associated with receiving a text message are the responsibility of the individual receiving the message. MacRostie Winery does not charge customers to receive text messages, and consumers are not required to opt in to receive text messages as a condition of purchase. Nevertheless, message and data rates may apply from the customer’s wireless carrier. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

8. Program duration

● MacRostie Winery reserves the right to stop using SMS messaging to communicate with Customers at any time.
