Benefits

• Earn 1 point per $1 spent

• Receive $5 off wine orders for every 100 points redeemed

• Pinnacle = $25 earned on average club shipment

• Summit = $15 earned on average club shipment

• Highlands = $10 earned on average club shipment

• New member signups get 200 bonus points upon joining

Terms & Conditions

• Points cannot be redeemed on club shipments.

• Points can be used for up to 50% of the subtotal of an order.

• Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

• Points are not transferable to other customers.

• Participation is limited to active members of the MacRostie Wine Club who are 21 years or older.

• Points are earned on eligible purchases, including wine, tasting fees, events, and merchandise, excluding taxes, shipping, and gratuities.

• Points will be credited to your account within 1 day of the transaction.

• If your wine club membership is canceled or becomes inactive, all points in the account will be forfeited immediately. If a former club member re-enrolls within 60 days of cancellation, previously forfeited points may be reinstated at MacRostie Winery’s discretion. After 60 days, points cannot be recovered.

• In the event of a discrepancy, members must contact hospitality@macrostiewinery.com within 14 days of the transaction.

• MacRostie Winery reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time, with or without notice.

• Any changes to the program, including earning rates, redemption options, or point expiration, will be communicated via email.

• Any abuse, fraud, or misrepresentation in connection with the program may result in the forfeiture of points and termination of program participation.

• MacRostie Winery reserves the right to correct any errors in point balances, reward availability, or program communications.

• Returns & Refunds: If a purchase earning points is returned or refunded, any points earned from that purchase will be deducted from the member’s account. If the member has already used those points, MacRostie Winery reserves the right to charge the equivalent discount value.

• Point Expiration: Points do not expire as long as the member remains active in the MacRostie Wine Club. If there is no purchase activity for 12 consecutive months, points may be forfeited.

• Combination with Other Discounts: Reward points cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discounts, or club member discounts unless otherwise stated.

• Gift Card Purchases: Points are not earned on gift card purchases; however, purchases made using a gift card are eligible to earn points.

• Account Transfer & Inheritance: Points are non-transferable and cannot be passed on to another individual in the case of a member’s death or account transfer request.
