Winemaker Heidi Bridenhagen will discuss seven exceptional wines including a rare library Chardonnay, a three-year vertical of The Loch Pinot Noir, and our first Clockwise Zinfandel from the acclaimed Monte Rosso Vineyard on Moon Mountain. Chef/Owner Dustin Valette will share the secret behind how he created each course to perfectly pair with each wine.
