Terms & Conditions

By signing up and receiving the benefits of MacRostie Wine Club Membership, each member agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:

  • A minimum of two shipments is required or incur an early termination fee of the sum of your discounts received.
  • Your Membership begins with the purchase of the initial shipment and continues year to year until otherwise canceled.
  • An individual over the age of 21 must be available to sign for the shipment.
  • MacRostie can ship only to those states which allow legal shipments of wine (currently we cannot ship to AK, AR, DE, IN, MS, NJ, RI, and UT). Shipments to HI must be sent via air.
  • If you wish to pick up your shipment at the winery, MacRostie will hold the shipment for up to 45 days
  • You are welcome to customize your club shipment, provided you meet the minimum cost of each shipment. Highlands: $150-$300. Summit: $250-$375. Pinnacle: $500-$750.
  • After you receive two Shipments, you are eligible to cancel your membership by sending a request to hospitality@macrostiewinery.com at least 14 days before the next scheduled shipment release date.
