Online orders will ship the next business day. Please note, Oklahoma orders may take a few extra days to arrive.

Weather Shipping Advisory: Wine is a perishable item, and extreme heat or cold can adversely affect it during transit – either via its route or at your destination. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping method. We strongly recommend selecting a 2-day or Overnight option if in doubt. If you choose ground delivery, no Insurance coverage is available for damage resulting from temperatures in transit.

We are also more than happy to hold your shipments until it is safe to ship. Just select an alternate shipping date during checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we stand behind the quality of our products and services.  We will replace or refund your cost for any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed.  We ask that you re-cork and return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement.  By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the products are corked or flawed.  We are also unable to accept returns of wine that were damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error.  Weather damage may include leakage, freezing, or corks pushing.  Please be sure to check shipping destination weather conditions before placing your order.  To arrange for the return of corked or flawed products, please contact MacRostie Guest Services at 707-473-9303 or email  If the original shipment was damaged or flawed, you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges, or you will receive a full replacement order.
