Perfectly pairs with the Clockwise Sauvignon Blanc.

Ingredients
Salad:
- 2 nectarines
- 4 Persian cucumbers (sliced)
- 4 oz feta (crumbled)
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes (sliced)
- 5 oz fresh arugula
- 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon (chopped)
- Microgreens (optional)
Honey Dijon Dressing:
- ⅓ cups olive oil
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons honey
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- To grill the nectarines, slice them in half and generously oil the exposed portions.
- Transfer halves, cut side down, to a preheated cast iron or grill.
- Cook until grill marks are to your desired amount.
- Remove from grill, let cool, and slice.
- To make the dressing, add all ingredients to a jar, close the lid, and shake until combined. Set aside.
- Mix together arugula, tarragon, and microgreens in a large bowl.
- Drizzle dressing over greens and toss to combine.
- Top with half of the feta, tomatoes, and Persian cucumbers. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Toss to combine.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and top with remaining feta, tomatoes, Persian cucumbers, and add the grilled nectarines.
