Spring Salad with Grilled Nectarines & Honey Dijon Dressing

Perfectly pairs with the Clockwise Sauvignon Blanc.

Serves: 4



  • 2 nectarines
  • 4 Persian cucumbers (sliced)
  • 4 oz feta (crumbled)
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes (sliced)
  • 5 oz fresh arugula
  • 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon (chopped)
  • Microgreens (optional)

Honey Dijon Dressing:

  • ⅓ cups olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper


  1. To grill the nectarines, slice them in half and generously oil the exposed portions.
  2. Transfer halves, cut side down, to a preheated cast iron or grill.
  3. Cook until grill marks are to your desired amount.
  4. Remove from grill, let cool, and slice.
  5. To make the dressing, add all ingredients to a jar, close the lid, and shake until combined. Set aside.
  6. Mix together arugula, tarragon, and microgreens in a large bowl.
  7. Drizzle dressing over greens and toss to combine.
  8. Top with half of the feta, tomatoes, and Persian cucumbers. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Toss to combine.
  9. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with remaining feta, tomatoes, Persian cucumbers, and add the grilled nectarines.
  10. Enjoy!
