By signing up and receiving the benefits of MacRostie Wine Club Membership, each member agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:
Minimum Purchase/Automatic Renewal
You agree to purchase a minimum of two Shipments or incur an early termination fee of the sum of your discounts received, or $200, whichever is greater. Your Membership begins with the purchase of the initial Shipment and continues year to year until otherwise canceled by You or MacRostie.
Payment
You authorize MacRostie to charge Your credit card on file at the time MacRostie processes the Shipment (typically 2 weeks after the first announcement email) for the cost of each Shipment and any applicable tax and shipping costs.
Shipments
Shipments are made by common carrier to Your residential or business address on file (no PO Boxes) unless You have requested to pick up the Shipment at the winery (see Shipment Pick-Up, below). You are responsible for keeping MacRostie updated on Your current address. An individual over the age of 21 must be available to sign for the Shipment. MacRostie can ship only to those states which allow legal shipments of wine (currently we cannot ship to AK, AR, DE, IN, MS, NJ, RI and UT). Shipments to Hawaii must be sent via air. Once MacRostie processes a Shipment, MacRostie is unable to alter or cancel the Shipment, and You are solely responsible for managing the shipment (through the FedEx Delivery Manager or UPS My Choice, as applicable). Charges to redirect or return Shipments are Your responsibility, and You authorize MacRostie to charge Your credit card to reimburse it for such charges if incurred by MacRostie.
Shipment Pick Up
MacRostie will hold the Shipment for up to 45 days from the Shipment release date. After 45 days, MacRostie will send the Shipment by common carrier (see Shipments, above) at the Member’s expense.
Shipment Customization
You are welcome to customize your Club Shipment, provided you meet the minimum cost of each shipment. Shipment cost is dependent on the wines selected by MacRostie for each shipment. Foothills: $110-$210. Highlands: $150-$300. Summit: $250-$375. Pinnacle: $500-$750.
Returns
Because wine is perishable, it cannot be returned. If a Shipment does not meet your expectations, please contact within 14 days from delivery of the Shipment so that we can address Your concerns. Shipments that are returned due to a carrier’s inability to make deliveries must be resolved within 14 days, after which MacRostie is not responsible for storage of the package and the shipment will be disposed of properly. Members will be contacted via email and have 2 weeks (14 Days) to plan to receive the returned order. The order must be re-shipped at the members’ expense at the standard ground-shipping rate.
Cancellation and Holds
After You receive two Shipments, you are eligible to cancel Your membership or place it on hold by sending a request to hospitality@MacRostiewinery.com at least 14 days before the next scheduled Shipment release date. While Your Membership is on hold, you are not eligible to receive Wine Club Member Benefits, and You are not required to purchase a Shipment scheduled for release during the hold. MacRostie may terminate the Membership if the hold period exceeds one Shipment.
Acknowledgment of Terms, Certification of Legal Age, and Credit Card Authorization
By applying for Membership, you agree to the following: I certify that I am at least 21 years of age and agree to the MacRostie Wine Club Terms and Conditions, including that the membership continues until canceled. You further authorize MacRostie Winery to charge by credit card on file for all associated wine club charges.
