Charles Heintz has been growing premium Chardonnay for decades. Nestled in the Green Valley, this is our coolest climate site. Charlie himself has said, “It’s like growing Chardonnay in a rain cloud out here.” Enjoy the 2017 bottling of this impressive wine.
Wohler is a beautiful vineyard that runs along Wohler Road in the heart of the Russian River Valley. It is planted on the valley floor where dense fog frequently settles, keeping the ripening progress slow and steady.
The grapes for this wine came from four exceptional vineyards in the famed Russian River Valley appellation, with each of these beautiful sites bringing something unique and appealing to the blend. The vineyards include the Dutton family’s Jewell and Wohler vineyards, Matthew’s Station and the Martinelli family’s Woolsey Ranch.
The grapes for this wine came from three exceptional vineyards in the famed Russian River Valley appellation: Dutton family’s Braughton and Shop Vineyards, and Matthew’s Station Vineyard. With a varietal of clones and terroir, each of these beautiful sites brought a something unique and appealing to the final blend.

The Dutton family has been growing grapes in Sonoma County—specifically the Russian River Valley—for generations. On the palate, it is crisp and fresh, with bright, focused fruit and heady notions of perfume that echo the aromas.
Located in the western hills north of Hopland, Milovina Vineyard is farmed by the Milovina family, fourth-generation farmers who acquired their Mendocino County Home Ranch in 1957. Offering expressive notes of fresh pear and summer jasmine blossom, this complex and fun expression of Chardonnay from the Hopland Hills beckons a first sip.
Farmed from the lovely Mirabelle Vineyard along Wohler Road, this elegant and age-worthy Chardonnay offers robust and extremely fruit-forward with alluring layers of tropical guava, orange blossom, and perfumed gardenia.
